In the scheme of air tightness detection of automobile exhaust pipe, an on-line acoustic imager is fixed on the mechanical arm, which is connected with the server through the network. According to the feedback from the tooling, the mechanical arm scans according to the preset route and observes the imaging points from multiple angles to judge whether there is leakage or not, and accurately locate the leakage position.
Air tightness detection scheme of automobile exhaust pipe
Utilization technology: on-line acoustic imager
Scheme introduction: The on-line acoustic imager (also known as "acoustic camera") is fixed on the mechanical arm, connected to the server through the network cable (POE power supply), and the client is installed on the server to directly present the imaging interface of the acoustic camera. When the tooling feedbacks that there is a problem with the air tightness of the exhaust pipe, the mechanical arm will receive the instruction of the system, and quickly scan the whole tooling according to the preset cruise route. When it is found that the imaging point may be behind the exhaust pipe, it is judged whether the imaging point is leaking by moving the mechanical arm and observing from multiple angles.
