The dynamic monitoring and early warning system of generator slip ring realizes the safety management of slip ring in the whole life cycle through multi-dimensional intelligent sensing technology. The system integrates wireless Hall current sensor, phased infrared thermal imaging module and displacement sensor, and collects carbon brush current distribution, collector ring temperature field and carbon brush wear data in real time. The edge computing terminal is used to realize data fusion processing, which supports seamless access of MODBUS, IEC-104 and other multi-protocols, and displays the running status of the equipment through a three-dimensional visual interface. The system can accurately identify the fault characteristics such as carbon brush overcurrent, abnormal temperature and uneven carbon brush loss, provide millisecond warning and maintenance cycle suggestions, and effectively reduce the risk of unplanned downtime by more than 40%. Its wireless design, explosion-proof certification and modular deployment can adapt to various generator structures and significantly improve the intelligent operation and maintenance level of power plants.
