1. Hardware upgrade: 144 Microphone array reconstruction detection accuracy
Breakthrough of sound source localization:
The spiral layout of 144 high-sensitivity MEMS microphones and the beamforming algorithm are used to realize the accurate positioning of 0.5 angle deviation. Compared with the previous 128-channel model, the sound field coverage density is increased by 12.5%, and more than three sound sources can be identified at the same time, especially in the 100-meter long-distance detection, the angle deviation is less than 1, which completely solves the problem of "multiple sound sources confusion" of traditional equipment.
Leak detection is more sensitive:
The detection limit is increased by 50% compared with the previous generation, and the tiny leakage of 0.0045L/min can be identified at a distance of 2.5 meters and a pressure of 1.2bar. The AI algorithm quantifies the leakage cost in real time. For example, when a leakage of 0.032L/min is detected, the annual loss is automatically calculated to be about 1,200 USD (estimated according to the industrial electricity price of 0.1 USD /kWh).

Full-band fault capture:
The frequency range is extended from 65kHz to 2kHz~100kHz, covering the detection of compressed air leakage (20kHz~40kHz), partial discharge (1kHz~10kHz) and mechanical abnormal sound (low frequency band). In the actual measurement of a chemical scene, the 0.0032L/min benzene vapor leakage caused by valve seal failure 200 meters away was successfully located, and the explosion risk was avoided by combining the explosion-proof design.
Anti-interference in complex environment:
Equipped with adaptive beamforming technology and dynamic noise suppression algorithm, the signal-to-noise ratio is improved to > >30dB in the factory workshop with background noise > >80dB, effectively filtering interference signals such as mechanical vibration. The temperature, humidity and air pressure compensation module can work stably in the wide temperature range of-20℃~50℃, and its environmental adaptability is superior.

Deep diagnosis of power system;
It supports PRPD spectrum analysis, and can identify weak discharge signals ≤10pC, with a false alarm rate of less than 2%. The actual measurement of a provincial power grid shows that the inspection time of substation is shortened from 3 days for a team of 10 people to 6 hours for one person, and the cost of single inspection is reduced by 70%.
Safety escort of petrochemical industry;
In the inspection of LNG storage tanks, the methane leakage of 0.13ml/s (pressure of 0.6MPa) is accurately located 200 meters away, and the report of leakage rate and annualized cost is generated synchronously, which is directly connected to the enterprise asset management system (such as SAP).
